Remote filesystems are not supported over NetworkManager, because it is installed in /usr/sbin and also makes use of utilities/libraries installed bellow of /usr. That's also the reason, why there are two scripts /etc/init.d/network (that depends on local-fs only) and /etc/init.d/network-remotefs (that requires already started remotefs [/usr in particular], where also the NetworkManager is started). See also bug 425502 and 285472. But there seems to be a bug in the haldaemon script, it should contain the "$remote_fs" tag in its Required-Start/Required-Stop LSB definition (because it is installed in /usr/sbin), so the start order is: $local_fs dbus $network $remote_fs (cifs, nfs) haldaemon network-remotefs (NetworkManager) Reassigning to the maintainer. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
