This happened twice, from both the GNOME x86_64 live-CD and the KDE x86_64 live-CD. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Install 2.Select custom bootloader location - partition containing root ( and /boot-single partition installation .) 3.Reboot Actual Results: MBR was altered.
