[Bug 1166672] HP 1020 printer no longer accessible via USB at Toshiba Tecra Z40-B after several last updates

On Windows 7 on same laptopt and same printer/cabel all work fine. If need, i can make a video. And all work fine on old laptops with usb 2.0.
