Previous versions of openSUSE had trouble setting up the encrypted home automatically, so this is a step forward. Unfortunately, during the boot, it doesn't actually mount /home. There is a popup (attached) that says that /home is setup but not mounted and asks if I would like to continue anyway. The luks device is already set up and dropping to a shell and doing just "mount /home" works ok.
