I have added the patches mentioned in comment 34 to the sax2 head branch
Do you see any chance to activate the Pen and the Eraser automatically if there are settings for them (StylusLink/EraserLink) in api/data/cdb/Tablets? They are always needed on Tablet PCs if there is a Link.
