It looks like the mapping to download.opensuse.org is not correct. While there's technically no matching path for openSUSE:Factory:ARM (as it's never directly published), using http://download.opensuse.org/ports/aarch64/tumbleweed/repo/oss should work anyway.

openSUSE:Tumbleweed/standard/aarch64 doesn't have a path for aarch64 set either.

It also affects openSUSE leap 15.3 as the "SUSE" repos aren't published so it always goes to the api. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
