When I again inserted the stick,dolphin asked for the password,took the password,failed to mount with an error. This is exactly how it used to happen in Opensuse 11.1 There are other bugs like 530173 which describe related problems.They are marked RESOLVED,but for me,this problem is an extension of what I had in Opensuse 11.1 and it is not FIXED.
