So, the sanity check works fine and dracut does not include the resume module when it detects a wrong resume parameter in /proc/cmdline. IOW, it seems that during the installation, when dracut generates the initrd, /proc/cmdline does not contain the command line defined in https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/2283941/asset/other/02283937-autoinst.xml. Can someone from the YaST team confirm this?
I am not sure if I get question. cmdline in insts-sys is not affected by autoyast profile. cmdline on installed system should be affected.
Does it answer your question?
Yes, thank you. Then the sanity check from dracut is useless in this case and we can't do anything else. So, the only possible fixes are described in comments #10 and #15 (or instead of resumeflags, the noresume parameter could be used). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
