[Bug 280975] kpdf; title send to print-system has broken umlauts.

In Kjobviewer the "ä" shows up as two squares but the job-name in the ipp-journal does display an "ä". So i do not know what is the best solution. The original problem was that because of the long number string most of the title was truncated ...
