[Bug 1133171] Using 3d with old amd video card

When I delete xorg. con GUI don't never run. (Also was I tried modifying that file) But I know that flgfx leaved and not using now. I think, the OS must work correct and use all potential of the hardware. Now I see problem to use old video cards. That is, a business of Micro-Soft obey users to buy new and new hardware.
