It's a CD only one and only if the CD kernel is different than the one in the FTP repository. This won't be the case for the final 10.3, this is a Factory vs. RC1 issue. There is a requirement for _any_ tpctl-kmp module from the tpctl utility installed on thinkpads. As the default one does not work (locked by Tim), the next best one is installed - which drags in kernel and kmp from FTP, which are in sync -> not booting kernel. This problem should be fixed in general or at least Yast needs to create a warning when two kernels are selected -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
