The package psmisc does not build anymore due to
[ 21s] el.1po: 92 translated messages. [ 21s] /usr/bin/msgfmt: Cannot convert from "ISO-8859-1" to "UTF-8". msgfmt relies on iconv(). This version was built without iconv().
means msgfmt from gettext-runtime is missing the major feature iconv(3)
