Just choose KDE desktop, no additional package selection. Package recommendation is not disabled. I can install digikam manually, no conflict. I do have pattern kde_imaging and it recommends digikam. But it wasn't installed as expected. I guess it was the problem of the 20161123 snapshot which miss some packages or have conflicts. I installed another PC with the same DVD image, same USB stick. It also doesn't have digikam. I do checked the checksum of downloaded DVD image. But here is still a chance that the data written in USB stick contains errors.
