I believe it is specific to OpenSuSE. Less than a year ago I had Ubuntu on this machine and the version of Wine which loaded on that 64-bit OS would install and run both Lords of the Realm 2 and Lords III. Now that I have determined DOSEMU is busted wretchedly, I believe that is the root of the problem. Lords II required Windows to install, but, mostly ran in a DOS box under Windows XP. DOSEMU won't even start on 64-bit 12.1 with 6G of RAM in the box. I believe Wine relies on DOSEMU, but, could be talking out my back side. I had to uninstall the app due to issues.
