If I say "Don't test my internet connection" it kinda implies that I don't want to download the updates during installation either (also that is done automatically anyways after one boots into the installed system so I really don't see a reason one _has_ to do that during installation). Could we therefore please simply revert to the pre 11.1 behavior - as in if I select "Don't test my connection" simply don't connect to anywhere to download anything.
