With patches.xen/add-console-use-vt making the call to vty_init() dependent upon console_use_vt (and always having done so), this is presumably because the guest's kernel gets passed "xencons=tty" (which forces console_use_vt to zero). Is there any reason you actually need to pass this option (rather than staying at the default of having the console appear at xvc0)?
I'm quite new to xen, I'm not sure if I need xencons=tty or not - without it, the console (xl console <name>) seems to contain very little information. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
