Had to manually add user to the groups necessary for the user to have access to regular user functions. A clean install with KDE or LXDE did not produce this issue. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start a clean installation 2. Select GNOME as the default DE during installation 3. Add user during installation 4.
