This bug occurred after syncing repositories in may. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start Yast and change the date and time settings. Need to off synchronization with NTP. Need to change timezone to Russia (Moscow). 2. The box "hardware clock is set to UTC" must be off 3. Reboot several 4.
