That's either the drive's default or BIOS configuring it during POST. The only thing that we can do is adding the configuration to storage-fixup as temporary workaround but storage-fixup matches individual configurations and it doesn't make sense to add an entry for upgraded hard drive there. We're currently talking with hard disk vendors to resolve the issue. Hopefully, the problem can be resolved from hard drive side.
