https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=207895 Summary: software manager: let the user REALLY abort process Product: SUSE LINUX 10.0 Version: Final Platform: x86 OS/Version: SuSE Linux 10.0 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: YaST2 AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: bluedzins@wp.pl QAContact: kkaempf@novell.com Yesterday situation. I ran software manager from the Yast2 suite, but all the servers I have on the list were unavailable. So one after another there were reports about this. It was obvious I wanted to abort this process (since I had no sense in such situation) but: 1) popup dialogs (which displays info about connecting to each server) don't have "cancel" buttons 2) The main app has "abort" button but it does not work So how is the user supposed to abort it? Connecting to several servers on not so fast connection can be a lengthy process, believe me. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
