Please try the most recent cifs-utils update for 11.3 from here:

I have downloaded the recent cifs-utils from the above site but could not update the existing cifs-utils-4.5-1.5. It was giving - error:Failed dependencies with all 64 bit libraries. Any other suggestion . . . . ...
