I am quite certain that it was after installation as I remember that the shell was an xterm launched on the desktop. Providing log files would be difficult as I am not sure any more which of my 10+ installations of 10.3 exactly showed that problem. Probably it would be easiest to recreate the problem by doing a fresh install without online sources and try it again. But I am not sure if the sequence of package installs would be deterministic enough to produce the error again given that the amount of update packages changed since then and I am not sure which setup of installed packages caused the dependency on the NFS installation media to fulfil new dependencies. Hmmm, maybe one could simply add e.g. kernel development schema during the online update or something else that has not been installed yet. But the main cause that the modules for the running kernel were gone at that time when YaST needed them to be able to access the NFS source is a valid point anyway. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
