Back to dracut:
/usr/lib/dracut/modules.d/95nfs/module-setup.sh: line 39: findmnt: command not found
AFAICS findmnt comes from package util-linux-systemd:
$ rpm -qf $(which findmnt) util-linux-2.33.1-4.5.1.x86_64
The package must (pre)require the things it needs. (prereq. for install time dependencies / requires for runtime deopendencies)
