Hey,
"x86_energy_perf_policy" be changed between "AC mode" and "Bat mode", seems like root cause.
I will upload AC mode log and Bat mode log, they come from tlp-stat report.
We recently had a discussion about x86_energy_perf_policy that might be related: We dropped an upstream patch in some kernel code-streams for the x86_energy_perf_policy handling because it was broken, but it turned out, that that wasn't working either.
See the discussion here: https://patchwork.kernel.org/patch/10853023/
As response to this thread, Rafael made a new patch improving the handling, see this thread: https://patchwork.kernel.org/patch/10862699/
I don't know the state of that patch, according to patchwork it is not yet merged upstream.
Is this related?
almost all problems were solved by disabling debugging when building mozjs60 https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/706263 Animations have become smooth, but there are still some jerks in animations, but overall it is much better. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
