https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=253318 Summary: Yast destroys grub entries Product: openSUSE 10.2 Version: Final Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: YaST2 AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: rafpolak@o2.pl QAContact: jsrain@novell.com When I add custom kernel to grub using YaST, it deletes previous kernel entry and adds double entry with new (previously added) kernel. How to reproduce this bug (lets say we want to add our new shiny kernel): 1. Go to YaST -> System -> Boot Loader; 2. Press Add -> Clone Selected Section; 3. Make changes and save them; 4. When you enter Boot Loader Settings again you will see that default kernel entry has gone and there are two identical entries with new kernel. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
