In KDE Multimedia-Settings (Phonon) I choose digital stereo (IEC958) output for my Intel ICH10 HD AudioController (82801JI) - instead of analog output. Sound works. I reboot. Sound does not work - the setting is back on analog output. Reproducable every time. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.choose digital output 2.restart computer 3.setting is back to analog Actual Results: sound does work Expected Results: sound settings should be remembered There is a analog-cinch-cable plugged in that leads to my display to feed the headphone jack. Primary output should however be digital and it worked on 12.2 and 12.3. As Secondary output yast lists ATI technolgies inc. because of the Radeon HD 7950 card. Its HDMI is connected to the display that has NO speakers, thus it SHOULD not to interfere. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
