It's fixed since in openSUSE-12.2 and for older distros with: libzypp-6.37.8 for SLE11-SP1 libzypp-9.12.3 for SLE11-SP2 libzypp-8.13.6 for openSUSE-11.4 libzypp-10.4.5 for openSUSE-12.1 As indicated in comment#4 zypp now uses a _single_ rule to soft-lock all packages with a specific name.
