https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=221496 Summary: disabling network interfaces in yast is ignored by network manager Product: openSUSE 10.2 Version: Beta 2 plus Platform: PowerPC OS/Version: Linux Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: YaST2 AssignedTo: yast2-maintainers@suse.de ReportedBy: olh@novell.com QAContact: jsrain@novell.com 10.2b2+ minimal textmode install on snowberry.suse.de, switching to network manager. there are 2 onboard tg3 interfaces. both have cables connected, both interfaces will get ip addresses via a dhcp server. during second stage, when switching to network manager, eth1 was auto-selected as dhcp client. after reboot, only eth1 got an ip. I disabled 00:0d:60:1e:cc:f5 in yast lan, but after reboot, eth1 was still active. I'm expecting that network manager is doing what yast is telling him. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
