Try alsa-driver kmp on OBS multimedia:audio:KMP repo. It contains the update modules built from the latest alsa-driver snapshot.

Hopefully this was the right repo: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/multimedia:/audio:/KMP/openSUSE_11... Installed is now: alsa-driver-kmp-desktop 1.0.23.20101124_k2.6.34.7_0.5-3.1 No change.
