The problem appears to be upstream, since it occurs even in a build of vanilla 14.3.0. It disappeared in trunk, not sure at what commit. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install smplayer 2. Set the mousewheel function for media seeking 3. Wheel back and forth during play Actual Results: Position is changed only by 1 second at each step.
