[Bug 543715] Sync up rdac scsi device handler in SLES 10 sp3 with upstream

It should have been SLES 10 sp3. I know SLES 10 sp3 is shipped. Now I cant select sle10 sp3 from my login. I have assigned it Philip Oswald. I am expecting this to be included in next SLES10 update whenever it is. I will ask Philip to review this request.
