Basically you can install 11.2 kernel on 11.3 system for testing, even at the same time. An easy way is to install 11.2 kernel-desktop.rpm in addition forcibly with rpm: rpm -ivh kernel-desktop*.rpm then you'll have two entries, one for 11.2 and one for 11.3, in GRUB menu.
