From Raspberry Pis to big, fat server hardware. We don't see your problems. Without any logs from your Raspbery Pi, there is nothing we can do, this would be wild guess. You need to be able to get some informations via Monitor or something like a serial device. Or mount the sdcard, make sure filesystem is Ok and try to get access to the journal from systemd-journald (don't know how this is possible). With your Dell machine, this makes already problems at BIOS level, get that fixed first.
