Unless there is maybe a newer ISO in another location. I think it is similar to bug 599885. I reverted to 11.2 in the meantime - I was waiting for a new kernel patch to come out before attempting the upgrade again, but I may still have the 11.2 I upgraded on another partition. If so I will have a look and see if I can get a photo or a core dump if possible.
