As I am a _very_ casual programmer I will abstain from writing any backend for Banshee or Totem which would also force me to maintain it in the long run or freeze the version. And that's what I call ridiculous (no offense): to be forced to use multiple multimedia programs just to view or listen what I can easily have in one by using MS Media Player.
