I will give you and anyone else (within reason) who wants to help maintain them maintainer access and you can aggregate the resulting packages into G:F I don't mind where ekiga lives officially as it can be aggregated in either direction. You are right that it probably should live with opal in network:telephony also so that when we update libpt2/opal it gets QAed along with all the other dependent apps. The only concern I have is that network:telephony should not pull in a huge amount of bleeding edge packages from G:F.
