If you keep cycling the buttons with the tab key, *even though the button may be highlighted* does not not mean spacebar will work. You can tell because the /text/ of the button has a slight outline to it when it will work, and no outline when it won't. This appears to affect most of the screens (I did not do an exhaustive test). This is under qemu and real hardware.
