After approx. 100 to 200 MB transfer the transfer rate goes down to 100 KB/sec and does not recover. The disk on the 2nd ide-port is not affected. All updates and the newest kerenl are installed, nothing helps by now. 10.2 and previous versions worked fine. A second desktop system with AMD processor and only 1 disk ist also ok with the x86-64 kernel. 32-bit version on dektop and on a notebook are also ok.
