https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=736504 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=736504#c0 Summary: source service results are not copied with acceptance of a request Classification: Internal Novell Products Product: openSUSE Build Service Version: 2.3 Platform: All OS/Version: All Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: P5 - None Component: backend AssignedTo: mls@suse.com ReportedBy: rschiele@gmail.com QAContact: adrian@suse.com Found By: --- Blocker: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0.1 When a request is accepted that covers a package using source services the source service generated files are not copied into the new package. As a result the package is typically broken. I started the relevant discussion on the mailing list already: http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-buildservice/2011-12/msg00065.html I created this bug though to make sure it does not get lost since this is an ugly regression compared to 2.1. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Branch off a package using source services. 2. Modify something on the branched package. 3. Create a request to submit the changes back. 4. Accept the request. 5. Check the resulting package. Actual Results: Package has no files generated by source services until you retrigger the services manually. Expected Results: Package should have a copy of the files generated by services from the branched package. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
