Anyway why is the README tried to be parsed? Or why is the README file not stored in /usr/share/doc/packages/openssl? The README itself could be left out, as it contains info for the packager only: # cat /etc/ssl/certs/README.RootCerts The OpenSSL project does not (any longer) include root CA certificates.
