For instance when printing an image with xv I get a grayscale image in poor quality. Printing a PDF with acroread turns colors into weakly visible grayscale. When printing a PDF with evince then colors are white. This problem has arisen after upgrading from opensuse 11.3 to 11.4. Colors never gave problems on previous opensuse versions. I tried tweaking some of the options in the yast2 driver options window, but no luck. Also tweaking some of the color options in acroread didn't help.
