I'm sure there are still a lot of bugs in r128 DRI driver, but since it's
meanwhile a very old graphics card rarely still in use I'm afraid these issues
will never be fixed. :-( I recommend to update to a newer graphics card
therefore. The other option would be to update Mesa (or openSUSE) from time to
time in the hope that some Mesa developer still uses a Rage128 card (very
unlikely) and fixes this issue.
