After performing the requested steps on openSUSE 11.0, /proc/acpi/event generated no output, and /proc/interrupts showed a count of zero for IRQ 9 (ACPI). In contrast, on openSUSE 10.3, /proc/acpi/event logged messages for the lid, the power button, AC and battery. The IRQ 9 count was over 15,000, at last check. The lid and power button events generated 2 interrupts each, and the AC unplug and plug events seemed to trigger multiple interrupts, perhaps due to battery charge level changes. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
