The soundcard is 0000:00:1f.3 Multimedia audio controller: Intel Corporation Alder Lake PCH-P High Definition Audio Controller (rev 01). To troubleshoot, I booted Windows 10 from an external SSD and sound works just fine. The bug has been confirmed on Launchpad - https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1981433 I've also tried deleting the sound card, re-adding and configuring it with YaST but unfortunately to no avail.
