This sound very similar to: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=54387 I have two qemu kvm virtual machines. One is running 12.1 and the other 12.3 with the same hardware setup. The mouse scrolling does not work on 12.3, as stated in the original post above. I never ran 12.2. If I remove the tablet (which is used to report abs mouse coordinates and made a world of difference in mouse ease of use in a VM) then mouse scrolling works on 12.3. That is not an option at this time. 12.3 is a new install. Viewing Details in Virt Manager: 1. Mouse: PS/2 Mouse (Relative Movement) 2. Tablet: EvTouch USB Graphics Tablet (Absolute Movement) Driver: evdev_drv.so On 12.3: xf86-input-evdev-2.7.3-4.1.1.x86_64 On 12.1: xorg-x11-driver-input-7.6.41.38.2.x86.64 I tried on 12.3 VM: xf86-input-evdev-2.8.0-18.2.x86_64 I now can scroll forward and backward --- most of the time. But it is as if something is stealing the focus/event. I'll be in Kate scrolling, and all of a sudden Kate goes in the background and Firefox is in the foreground. I'll click on Kate and begin scrolling again and everything is minimized. Same thing happens if I try to scroll in Konsole. I'll scroll a couple of lines and Konsole will minimize. The time varies that I can scroll successfully, from a few seconds to maybe 10 or 20. I have desktop effects disabled. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
