That's not the bug. The bug is that ntpd cannot cope. getaddrinfo correctly orders the IPv4 address first, so other services will work fine.
Where can I log in to reproduce and debug this?
Incomplete IPv6 connectivity is still very frequent.
This is not incomplete IPv6 connectivity, it is a broken setup that I think MUST NOT happen this way.
