http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=504714 Summary: KDE:42/KDE:Factory ksnapshot needs to be assigned to print-key Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 11.2 Version: Alpha 0 Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Minor Priority: P5 - None Component: KDE4 Workspace AssignedTo: kde-maintainers@suse.de ReportedBy: sven.burmeister@gmx.net QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Konqueror/4.2; Linux) KHTML/4.2.3 (like Gecko) SUSE Apparently the handling of shortcuts changed. If one enters systemsettings > keyboard+mouse and opens the "global shortcuts" section, there is a "khotkeys" group in the drop-down, which I am not sure where it comes from. However it has the print-key assigned to the action "PrintScreen", whatever that does, it does not start ksnapshot. If one enters systemsettings > keayboard hotkeys (kcm_hotkeys) one gets a list with one group "KMenuEdit" which is empty and thus useless. One has to create a new command which then starts ksnapshot. It would be easier for the user if ksnapshot was by default assigned to the print-key.
