https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=255935 Summary: gnome-power-manager very picky about dbus and hal Product: openSUSE 10.3 Version: Alpha 2 Platform: x86 OS/Version: Linux Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: GNOME AssignedTo: bnc-team-gnome@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: andreas.hanke@gmx-topmail.de QAContact: qa@suse.de If dbus gets restarted, both hal (bug 255934) and gnome-power-manager (bug 255929) are crashing. Restarting gnome-power-manager manually results in a completely non-functional power management because the suspend options are hidden from the gnome-power-manager context menu. I could not find any to get them back other than by rebooting the whole system. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
