KDE4 flavour. Installed Lokalize and after run it, I tried create new project. But this option was in-active. I've searched a few secs, and found that python script is responsible for this. I've installed python-kde4, then reopened Lokalize. "Create new project" option is active now and works perfect. So python-kde4 should be mentioned in "Requires" field in .spec file.
