After a zone modification and choosing Ok to exit DNS config nothing is written to the LDAP, even it asks for a credentials. There is a way to make it write. You've got after zone modification go to a Start-Up section of the DNS config and choose "Save and Restart Now". Again there is nothing in the LDAP but when you choose Ok to exist it works and finally writes modifications to the LDAP.
